We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to log credit card and eCheck orders,

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. Credit card numbers are processed and then discarded. Credit card numbers are NEVER stored in their full form on our database. We only keep the first 4 and last 4 digits of the credit card used to comply with retrieval requests by the credit card merchant banks.

Users who purchase SurfSecret PestPatrol agree for their purchase date, email, and name to be passed along to PestPatrol Inc. - the company who licenses PestPatrol to SurfSecret Software. This is to maintain support services for the PestPatrol software - and control free upgrades and updates from the PestPatrol site. Users wishing to opt out can send email to PestPatrol support at support@pestpatrol.com
