You can change your passphrase by cicking on the "Users" button in the main screen, then click on "Change Passphrase" at the bottom. If you are using a USB drive for backup, you should make sure you synchronize all computers that use KeyPad, then you must have the USB drive connected when you change your passphrase, this is to make sure that all your accounts are up to date before changing your passphrase.
