Inserting your username and/or password to non web applications is easy. There are two ways to do it, the "Basic"
method and the "Advanced" method.

Basic

The Basic method is the easiest. All you do is make sure your cursor is in the right field, then right-click on the account and use
the option to insert-> and then choose "username and password" or Just  "Password" as appropriate:

Advanced

The Advanced method is a little more complicated to set up, but easier to use in the long run. Here's what you do:

First, set up your account so that the "Title of Login Dialog Box" field set so that it matches the title of the window you log into for that account:

Once you save those settings, when that login dialog box is on top and your cursor is in the username field or the password field,
you can right-click on the system tray icon and insert your username and password or your password only from that menu:
